I’ve lost over 70 lbs and 57 inches!

There are many diets and I have been on most of them! The simplicity of this diet allows you to use the Ideal Protein products that you like and adjust them to your needs. What I like is that this way of eating to lose your weight supports the muscle mass that your body needs by allowing you extra protein that protects your muscles.

I also have found that using and extra product works great for me. Love the double espresso with my vanilla drink. I have had trainers and other diets but Ideal Protein gives me energy. I consistently lose weight, and the guidance with Julianna and ideas from my online coaching. I’ve lost over 70 lbs and 57 inches. My 28 year old daughter has never seen me this skinny.
